Course Aim
Ska Rating is an environmental assessment method focusing on the non-domestic fit-out market. It looks at the key sustainability issues relating to a fit-out and rates a project on how well it performs against key issues.
This is a one day foundation course introducing the philosophy and methodology of the system. It provides a high level overview of all the sustainability issues that relate to non-domestic fit-outs.
It is the first part of the training program which will enable people to become qualified as either Offices or Retail Ska Assessors.
Who Should Attend
This course is suitable for Contractors, Architects, M&E Engineers, Project Managers, Portfolio Managers, Quantity Surveyors, Assessors qualified under other environmental assessment schemes such as BREEAM or LEED.
